Refunds & Returns Policy - Not Required Products
You notify us by sending a query online of your desire to return the Product within 14 days of receipt.
The Product must be in resaleable condition - it needs to still be in its original unopened and unmarked packaging.
If the terms of condition listed above apply then we will contact you with a returns number and information.
You may return your item to one of our branches in person at no cost
We can arrange to collect your item from postcode areas beginning with SY for just £1.00 + Vat (currently 20% so £1.20 inc vat)
For all other areas return postage is at the buyers cost to :- Returns Dept, Office Express, Unit 43 Mochdre Ind Estate, Newtown, Powys, SY16 4LE
Exceptions to the above :-
Due to health and safety reasons we?re unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water.
We are unable to accept returns on tailor-made or personalised goods.
To return a product, you?ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value.
Once the Products are back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resaleable condition we will then process the refund.
The refund will be in respect of the price of the Product only, and excluding any delivery charge you may have paid when purchased. This will be as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of us receiving the Product in our warehouse.
